The office staff and especially the maintenance manager have been extremely helpful to us during our residency here. They listen to us carefully and promptly repair or maintain any issues that arise. I have lived here since 2013, I can say the staff team are nice always on top of things. If their is a problem they will fix it to the best of there knowledge. They also have a great maintenance team. Last but not least I do like that we have the Amazon hub for our package delivery.

We have truly enjoyed living at Forest Pointe. From our very first interaction, the leasing staff has been exceptional. Our apartment is spacious, with beautiful views of the surrounding woods, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Any maintenance requests have been addressed promptly by the responsive maintenance team, and the buildings are consistently well-maintained. After almost three years here, we would highly recommend Forest Pointe as a great place to live

The community is well-managed, and I love the monthly newsletters that keep residents updated on events and activities around the complex—outdoor movie night is definitely a favorite of mine. The front office team is friendly, responsive, and always communicative. Maintenance requests are completed quickly, often the same day I submit them. Overall, it's been a great two years here, and I highly recommend it!
